GLASSINE PAPER FEATURES
Glassine release paper is a key material in the production of
self-adhesive labels, widely recognized for its superior qualities.
As a type of industrial base paper, it features a smooth and
consistent texture, excellent transparency, and robust internal
strength. These attributes make it an ideal choice for crafting
labels and adhesive-backed products.
Glassine labels are particularly suited for both rotary and flatbed
die-cutting, enabling the creation of various custom shapes and
designs. Due to its versatility and reliability, Glassine release
paper is frequently utilized in manufacturing specialty labels
across different industries.
Our label production facility specializes in creating custom label
rolls tailored to your specific needs. To design your ideal label,
it's essential to understand its key components: surface coating,
face material, adhesive, release coating, and backing paper.
We offer three types of face materials: paper, PP, and PET,
catering to various applications. For adhesives, you can choose
between hot melt adhesive and water-based adhesive, depending on
your requirements. The release coating is made of silicone oil,
ensuring smooth performance. For backing paper, we provide two
options: white base paper and Glassine paper.
GLASSINE PAPER APPLICATION
Glassine's surface is suitable for rotogravure, offset, flexo, and
digital printing. Printing on glassine requires both expertise and
experience with printing processes and a variety of inks,
especially to achieve fine-line images in vivid, full color.
