Finish with embossing (steel rollers create 3D patterns like diamond grids for better absorbency/aesthetics) or printing (gravure/flexographic, with inks passing migration tests to avoid food contact issues).
Post-processing: Use automatic slitters to cut into squares/rectangles, then fold machines stack layers. Sterilize via UV or ethylene oxide (ensuring total bacteria ≤200 CFU/g) and package in dust-free workshops with aluminum foil sealing for moisture resistance (preservatives added for wet wipes).
