Features of Carbonless Paper/NCR Paper

There are two coatings in carbonless copy paper: the CF layer containing the developer and the CB layer containing the color former. The color former is a special colorless dye that has been dissolved in a non-volatile carrier oil and encapsulated in a 3-7μm microcapsule. The impact pressure of writing and printing can break the microcapsule, causing the colorless dye solution to flow out and contact the developer, resulting in a chemical reaction to present colored images and texts, thereby achieving the purpose of copying. Carbonless copy paper is divided into 45g/m2CB paper, 47g/m2CF paper, and 52g/m2CFB paper according to the quantitative quantity; it is divided into five types according to the color of the paper: red, yellow, green, blue, and white; it is divided into blue, yellow, orange, black, red, and other colors according to the color traces that appear.
